Board of Management

Bernd Bohr has been a member of the Board of Management of Robert Bosch GmbH since July 1,1999. He has corporate responsibility for quality, and divisional responsibility for the Chassis Systems Brakes, Chassis Systems Control, Diesel Systems, and Gasoline Systems divisions. He has been chairman of the Automotive Group since mid-2003. He also has regional responsibility for India.

Bernd Bohr was born in Mannheim, Germany, on September 7, 1956, and is married. After leaving school in 1975, he studied Production Engineering at the University of Aachen, taking his diploma examination in 1982. He received his doctorate in Engineering (Dr.Ing.) at the same university in 1983.
