The Historical Communications department safeguards the company’s heritage. Our archives include written documents, audio and visual media, and products that reflect the history of the company and its founder.
Two significant anniversaries took place at Bosch in 1936. The company celebrated the 75th birthday of founder Robert Bosch and its own 50th “birthday”. A company archive was established in 1933 as part of the preparations. Since then, the Historical Communications archive has charted key developments and compiled highlights and milestones from more than 120 years of Bosch’s history.
