Film archive
The earliest reels show promotional films from the 1920s and 1930s from Junkers and Blaupunkt. Unfortunately, only copies exist. Another earlier (silent) film, which dates back to 1938, shows the production of headlamps in Stuttgart.
These films reflect two areas of special attention in the film archive – the production of a variety of products, but also training films about their functions and many advertising films. The advertising films from the late 1950s and early 1960s are particularly interesting and feature the style of narration typical for the time.
