Uwe Raschke has been a member of the Board of Management of Robert Bosch GmbH since July, 2008. He is responsible for coordination of company activities in the Asia-Pacific region.

Uwe Raschke was born in Heidelberg, Germany, on March 19, 1958. He is married, and has three children. After graduating from high school (Abitur) in 1976 and completing his military service, he studied business administration at the University of Mannheim, majoring in marketing and human resource management. He took his diploma examination in business in 1983.

Uwe Raschke is member of the Supervisory Board of Heraeus Holding GmbH, member of the Board of Management of the German Asia-Pacific Business Association, member of the German-Chinese Dialogue Board and member of the Board of Management of the Institute for Market-oriented Management (IMU), University of Mannheim.

1995 - Managing Director of Robert Bosch Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. Responsible for the aftermarket business in ASEAN

1998 - Senior Vice President Global Sales, Power Tools Division, Leinfelden-Echterdingen (Germany)

1999 - Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing, Power Tools Division, Leinfelden-Echterdingen

2003 - President, Power Tools Division, with responsibility for sales, marketing, and engineering, Leinfelden-Echterdingen

2008 - Member of the Board of Management, Robert Bosch GmbH
