What does it mean?

Internationalization, social networks, individualization, demographic change… These are social transformations which also affect the world of work. Different ideas, experiences as well as leadership and work styles have always formed part of the Bosch identity. With roughly 375,000 associates in more than 360 locations and some 150 countries worldwide, diversity is lived experience at Bosch every day.

Diversity is essential for creativity and innovative ideas. This is why Diversity management is a central pillar of Bosch’s commercial success and a key component of our corporate strategy.

Diversity is not only represented in our strategy, but shown in many activities throughout the year. At the annual Bosch Diversity Day, a various program is organized at round about 200 locations worldwide. Discovering new things as well as the exchange between employees and their very own characteristics, strengths and functions is the most important topic of the day.
