Bosch plans to acquire majority of Atech’s instrument cluster and car infotainment business
Bosch China Investment Ltd. plans to acquire a majority shareholding in the Joint Venture of Chery automotive company and Atech Australia, based in Wuhu, China. An agreement to this effect was signed in Beijing during the 2012 Beijing International Auto Show.
