The Bosch Group generated sales of 91.0 billion euros. EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes) from operations stood at 1.8 billion euros.

Research and development

Bosch’s innovative strength is the basis for the company’s future growth. Bosch employs some 82,100 associates in research and development at 136 locations around the globe.

Sustainability

With its more than 470 locations worldwide, the Bosch Group has been carbon neutral overall (scopes 1 & 2)* since 2020. This is achieved with four levers: improving energy efficiency, generating energy from renewable sources, purchasing green electricity, and offsetting residual CO₂ emissions with carbon credits.

Mobility

Bosch, as a supplier of original automotive equipment, has a wide range of activities covered by the following business divisions. This includes our activities in electromobility (Electrified Motion), control units, sensors, and semiconductors (Mobility Electronics), powertrain (Power Solutions), brake, steering, and occupant safety systems (Vehicle Motion), driver assistance systems and vehicle computing (Cross-Domain Computing Solutions), as well as vehicle base software, middleware and cybersecurity solutions (ETAS GmbH). The business sector also includes the aftermarket business (Mobility Aftermarket), Bosch eBike Systems, activities in two-wheelers and off-road vehicles, as well as engineering and software services.

Industrial Technology

Consumer Goods

The business sector comprises the Power Tools and BSH Hausgeräte divisions. This Power Tools division’s extensive product range serves both professional users in trade and industry and do-it-yourselfers. It offers power, garden tools, measuring technology, and power tool accessories. The BSH Hausgeräte product portfolio ranges from washing machines and tumble dryers through refrigerators and freezers, stoves and ovens, and dishwashers, to small appliances such as vacuum cleaners, automatic coffee makers, and food processors.

Energy and Building Technology

The business sector comprises the Building Technologies, Home Comfort, and Bosch Global Service Solutions divisions. The Building Technologies division specializes in the regional systems integration business, offering solutions and customized services for building security, energy efficiency, and building automation in selected countries. Home Comfort offers its customers a wide range of solutions for heating, cooling, and well-being in buildings. The portfolio includes electric heat pumps and heat pump-hybrid solutions, condensing boiler technology, water heaters, air-conditioning systems, and ventilation technology for residential and commercial buildings, as well as systems for process heat. The Bosch Global Service Solutions division focuses on technology-based services for customers in the areas of mobility (such as emergency call services for cars), fleet management (such as allocating parking spaces for trucks), logistics (such as cold-chain monitoring), and building management (such as emergency call services for lifts).
