Our health initiatives, developed in collaboration with leading specialists, cater to the specific needs of our associates around the globe. And most of them are free of charge! Our health-management program “befit”, covers physical and mental health; from workplace design through to return-to-work integration management. Tailored to our locations and regions, we offer lectures and courses on health-related topics, exercise offers, medical help and consulting services. ​

Whether for the commute to work or for a longer stay abroad — we do everything to ensure that you are flexible and relaxed when travelling to Bosch locations.

International assignments

Our business is global, so we need a confident, global, outward-looking team. We’ve been successfully sending associates around the world for over 100 years with full-service support for you and your family, like ‘look and see’ trips, language study and intercultural training, personal support, onboarding and local mentoring. ​

Mobility and commuting

We support our associates in their daily commute — with a view to both reduce the time spent by associates on their daily commute and reduce CO₂ emissions. Depending on the Bosch location this can include daily shuttles to our sites, bike leasing, good public transport connections and a low-emission company car for executive level associates.

Smart Work Abroad

In terms of work flexibility, we go one step further with Smart Work Abroad. Within a defined framework, that has been checked for compliance with various legal requirements, Bosch offers you the opportunity to work remotely from another country for personal reasons. Depending on your job tasks and organizational aspects you have for example the option of working remotely from abroad in combination with vacation or visiting relatives and friends.
